Booking Agreement Summary

  • Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM.
  • Minimum age to rent is 23. Children are allowed with adult supervision.
  • No smoking, no pets, and no events/parties allowed.
  • A $500 damage/reservation deposit is required within seven (7) days of booking.
  • The $500 damage/reservation deposit is refundable (typically within 14 days after departure) if no damage occurs and checkout conditions are met.
  • All balances must be fully paid at least 21 days before check-in unless otherwise approved.
  • Bookings are non-refundable unless covered by approved travel insurance terms.
  • By checking the consent box, you are electronically signing and accepting these terms.
